Fees

Fees are calculated to cover my working overheads, these include meals/drinks, utilities, equipment, toys, public liability insurance, marketing costs, NCMA membership fees and additional training courses to develop my skills in all areas of childcare

Standard Charges

Hours of opening
8am – 6pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends (although care can be arranged outside of these times on an individual basis, if required) Bank holidays are paid at the usual rate if they fall on a contracted day, or double charge if care is required.

Full Day rate
£3.20 per hour
Inclusive of breakfast, drinks, snacks and cold lunch if required.
Not included: nappies, baby wipes, formula milk, baby food (if weaning)

Half Day rate
£3.50 per hour (less than 5 hours per day)
Inclusive of breakfast, snacks, drinks and cold lunch if required.
Not included: nappies, baby wipes, formula milk, baby food (if weaning)

 

Additional Charges

Evening meals
Charged at an additional £2.00 per day

Overtime rate
£2.00 per ½ hour (before 8am or after 6pm weekdays)

Occasional/Emergency care
£3.75 per hour

Overnight care (7pm – 8am)
£30 per night

Weekend care
£5.00 per hour

Babysitting (evenings)
£5.00 per hour

Retainer Fee
If a place is available but your child cannot start straight away, you can hold the place by paying a retainer fee, charged from the time a space becomes available until your child starts.  This will be charged at half normal fees.

Payment terms
All fees are payable monthly in advance. Payment accepted in the form of cash, cheque, direct debit or childcare vouchers.
A late payment fee of £5.00 per day will be charged for any overdue payments.

Fees will be reviewed on a 6 monthly basis.
